Shipping

Fortuna Beads provides worldwide shipping through our partners PostNL and DHL

The estimated delivery to The Netherlands is 1-2 working days.

The estimated delivery to Europe is 1-10 working days.

The estimated delivery outside Europe is 5-15 working days.

Shipments to the UK will be shipped with Royal Dutch PostNL. The standard shipping rate without tracking is €7,50, with tracking is € 15,-. The estimated delivery time is 10-14 workdays.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number.

Please note that we are unable to deliver to Post Office boxes and forwarding addresses (e.g. Aramex)

Shipping Cost

Shipping Costs are generally divided into three categories:

1.Shipping to the Netherlands, FREE SHIPPING

2.Shipping to EU countries is €7.5  on orders below <€50,-. FREE SHIPPING on orders above >€ 50,-

3. Shipping outside of the EU is €15 on orders below < €50,-

Returns

Items can be returned within 14 days of receiving the items. In case of returning, please place the item(s) in the original shipping packaging.

Following conditions apply to the process of returning items:

• Used items can not be returned
• Items must be returned in the original packaging
• Specify your request clearly on the return form.
• The return-form should be filled out completely and correctly.
